
Groundbreaking research being conducted at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, seeks to better understand fetal transmission of Borrelia burgdorferi during pregnancy.
McMaster University explains: “We will be comparing the health of people who have been diagnosed or suspected to have Lyme disease during pregnancy and their offspring to people who have not been diagnosed or suspected to have Lyme disease during a pregnancy. We are therefore inviting anyone who has been pregnant to complete this survey.”
